Why get a survey?

Having a survey undertaken can even save you money, if defects are found of a significant nature you can often re-negotiate the purchase price to reflect its true condition.

All surveys are not the same. At REAL surveys we have taken buildings apart and put them back together. Having undertaken numerous refurbishment projects, we know what costs you are likely to incur to put a property in good repair. We do not use standard paragraphs, all our surveys are tailor made, to provide you with as much information as possible.

Our goal is to advise you now and in the future. We are more than happy to meet our clients on site to discuss issues raised and explain technical matters. Our service does not end when the report is issued, we are more than happy to deal with any queries you may have and in addition, we are able to advise on extensions and alterations via our sister company REAL design.
