Building Surveys

Building Surveys are comprehensive reports undertaken on older, unusual or complicated dwellings. A thorough inspection is undertaken which considers the external parts of the property including immediate garden areas together with a full inspection of the loft void and internal parts. The services are also inspected and commented upon. We provide a CD-Rom with a PDF format copy of the report together with a selection of photographs of the internal and external parts of the property.

The Building Survey report provides details of major and minor defects together with their implications. You will be informed of the results of damp testing together with woodboring beetle infestation. We also provide technical information on the construction of the property and materials used. It is often the case that further investigations are required in order that you are fully advised as to its structure and condition.
